This project is an eleven-story luxury condominium building on the corner of West Broadway and North Moore, in Tribeca. In developing the project, challenges included creating custom window families as well as modeling a complex undulating brick pattern to be hand-laid along the facade. Autocad details, Rhino models, and 3d printed physical models assisted in the brick detailing process to achieve a dynamic brick effect without the use of prefabricated panels.
